Strengths and Weaknesses
•Strengths
We adhere to the following five principles to set up the model:the principles of system,operability,validity,comparability and sustainability.The selected index system can provide sufficient information.A group of independent indexes are integrated as a complete evaluation index system,which can well reflect the intelligent level of a city.In terms of operability,the selected data can be quantified and the quantitative indicators are of authenticity and reliability.
In this paper,the selected evaluation index system is consistent with the connotation and structure of the evaluation object,and can truly reflect the intelligent level of a city.This model can make longitudinal comparison of a city in terms of time and also horizontal comparison between different cities.
•Weaknesses
As for data sources,the statistical foundation of some countries in urban informationization is relatively weak and the sources are greatly restricted.
•Promotion
Smart city itself,a kind of exploration,seeks for an urban development model in the future.And the establishment of a smart city evaluation model is also a brand-new attempt and the model still needs further improvement in practice.

本文的优点:所选取的指标体系能够反映充分的信息量,若干个相互独立的指标群综合成一个完整的评价指标体系,能够很好地反映城市智能化水平。在可操作性方面,所选取的数据资料可量化,定量指标具有真实性和可靠性。本文所选取的评价指标体系能够与所评估对象的内涵与结构相符,能够真正反映某一城市的智慧化水平。此模型可对城市进行时间上纵向的比较,也可以对不同城市进行横向比较。
本文的缺点:收集的数据不够,具体解决问题的力度显得单薄。
