Sensitivity Analysis of Population Change
Considering that the population will rise to the 50%to 2050.And we have to build a dynamic index system to tailor to the change.
Since the rising of population belongs to the species growth,we use the logistic model of block-increasing to calculate the change of population.
Taking Arlington as an example,we can get the function of population rising and time as follows：
In which,r represents a constant,x 0 represents the population in 2000 and x m represents the population in 2050.And the index of smart economy in Arlington can be rewritten as the following equation：
After calculation,the population of Arlington rises from 189 453 to 284 179,so the change of the index can be displayed by the following table：
