三、小结与展望
小鼠模型的建立方便廉价,尤其是基因敲除小鼠的出现使小鼠骨折模型的应用更加广泛。目前,骨折模型种类繁多,开放性非稳定性骨折创伤大、周期长、对位差,易导致骨折程度不一致;闭合性稳定性骨折模型创伤小、周期短,有助于排除周围组织影响进而单一研究骨折愈合进程。同时,选择胫骨而不选择股骨,是因为腓骨作为支撑点,可以更好地保持稳定性,避免因移位而产生的各种因子影响骨折愈合。骨折和骨缺损模型的应用将有助于使更多的骨不连患者受益。
