Perception and Resolutions on the Equality Issue of the Education for the Disabled Children Reflected from the
Survey in Guangzhou and Dongying City

［Abstract］Objective:Getting to know the current situation of the disabled children in Guangzhou and Dongying City and the issues reflected from the survey.Results:The current education situation in the two cities are better than those situation in 2006.However，it still have gaps to the objectives stimulated in the Compulsory Education Law of P.R.C.The opportunities for the education of disabled children are still greatly effected by the elements of living areas，economic situation of the family，type of the household，type of the disabilities.Conclusion:The related authorities should attach great importance to the equality issue on the education of disabled children caused by various kinds of elements and try to solve them in a proper way.
