The study on the Special Education Issue of Children with Disabilities in Dongying City

［Abstract］Education is the important measure in raising the quality of the national citizens.The education for the children with disabilities can not only raise the quality of the disable children，but also can help them in overcoming the obstacles of them so that they can integrate into the society and realize their values.The development of the education for the children with disabilities is also one key symbol and window of the education development and social development.It is one important part of the work for disabilities.According to the statistic survey data of the status and needs for the children with disabilities in Dongying and Guangzhou which jointly held by CDPF and the public health collage of Beijing University from Oct.to Dec.2009，the author analyzed the status of special education of children with disabilities in Dongying city and also proposed the resolutions and the suggestion.
