［Abstract］The local laws and regulation has the related description in protecting the education rights and rehabilitation services rights for the children with disabilities in Lijin County，Dongying city.The local government will further develop the disability prevention and the early stage intervention，set up a social rehabilitation service system，speed up the reform and development for the special education.We will try to enhance the enrollment rate for the children with physical disabilities to the same level of the local healthy children.The social security system for the children with disabilities will be set up and the construction for the welfare infrastructures will be enhanced.We will try to get the funding support through different channels and take good care of the adoption，nursing and education for the disabled abandon children.(https://www.daowen.com)
