（1）glance at：看一下；浏览。匆匆地瞥一下，强调“匆匆”和“瞥”的短暂。如：
He glanced at me and said nothing.
他匆匆地瞥了我一眼，什么话都没说。
（2）glare at：怒视（强调情绪是怒）。如：
Don't glare at your brother.He doesn't understand yet.
别怒视你的弟弟他还不懂事。

He stared at the stranger and did not know what to say.
他盯着这个陌生人不知道说什么好。
（4）gaze at：盯住；凝视；注视；注目。由于兴趣、感慨等盯着看。如：
The little boy gazed at the toy.
这个小男孩盯着玩具。
