Preparation of enzyme extract

The suction filtrate through filter paper was used as extracellular cellulase.The filtered mycelium was washed and resuspended in 15 ml 0.1 M phosphate buffer（pH=5.0），sonicated（20 k cycles）for 5 min，and then centrifuged at 4，000 g for 20 min.The supernatant fraction was collected as intracellular cellulase.(https://www.daowen.com)
