【特殊人群的糖尿病饮食 管理

妊娠期糖尿病的饮食疗法:少食多餐,保持营养均衡。碳水化合物摄入控制在200~300g/d,膳食纤维200~400g/d,蛋白质100~150g/d;多食豆制品、鱼、禽蛋和奶制品;孕中期后可适当增加热量摄入,以粗粮为主,禁忌苏打水、可口可乐、浓茶和咖啡等[31],避免单一营养成分的摄入,如避免素食主义。
