8.4 小结
尾内侧入路单向环路式腹腔镜右半结肠癌根治术具有如下优点：①有利于进入正确的外科解剖层面，保证脏层筋膜完整锐性游离；②有利于确认肠系膜上静脉，行中央血管高位结扎和系膜根部淋巴结清扫；③可避免术中反复翻动肠管和系膜，降低接触肿瘤的可能性，有效减少系膜破损和肿瘤种植转移概率。
