2.4 小结
机器人右半结肠切除术在手术视野以及操作精细度方面的优点是肯定的，然而其长期生存率、复发率等远期疗效仍不明确，仍需更多循证医学证据所支持。另外，相关应用规范和指南也亟待制订，以便更好地指导结直肠外科医师工作。
