3.2 Ginsenosides Protected High Glucose/Cytokines-Impaired Insulin Secretion
After exposure to high glucose or cytokines，the insulin concentrations of supernatant significantly decreased to 60.48% or 63.33%compared to control group.Ginsenoside Rg1 or Rb1 protected high glucose/cytokines-impaired insulin secretion.However，two ginsenosides together did not show additional effect on this protective function(Figure 2).
