14.2.5 Clearing Customs for Import进口清关
When the cargo arrives at the port of destination,it must be cleared for import.Customs clearance requires a Customs Entry Form together with copies of the contract,invoice,packing list and bill of lading.The Customs shall verify the consistency of cargo with the documents,collect the import duty and other taxes and inspect the cargo(discussed in 14.2.6 in detail).Once these are done,it releases the cargo by signing and stamping the B/L.After that,you may take delivery of the goods.
