六、结论

甲状腺结节绝大部分属于良性病变,超声和FNAC是临床评估其性质、随访观察中最常用的方法。对经过超声和FNAC 鉴定为良性的结节,考虑到超声在随访中能有效筛查恶性变结节,可选择随访观察,并根据结节是否生长、是否出现可疑恶性征象进一步评估和治疗。在良性结节的临床处理中,应慎重考虑治疗的必要性,把握其适应证,避免过度医疗。
