11.1　General Requirements

11.1.1　For the design of land requisition and resettlement，the information that shall be collected include administrative divisions of related regions，status quo of society，economy，resources and environment，and the development planning.

11.1.2　The design of land requisition and resettlement shall be conducted，according to the charact-eristics of project，by identifying the material objects that are restricting the design scheme and the control elevations，distribution scopes and amounts，and then suggestions，after comparison of the project design schemes，shall be made on the land requisition and resettlement aspects.(https://www.daowen.com)

11.1.3　The potential impact of land requisition and resettlement on the regional society and economy shall be analyzed，while the major tasks of land requisition and resettlement，resettlement scheme and investment shall be worked out.
