10.8　Master Schedule of Construction

10.8.1　The construction duration of a project shall be comprised of pre-construction stage，preparation stage，construction stage of main works and completion stage.The total construction duration of a project is the sum of the last three stages.

10.8.2　The compilation of a construction schedule shall be in compliance with the following principles:

1　For works and key items which are critical to the total construction duration or are threatened by flood，relevant technical and safety measures shall be taken to shorten construction duration and maximize investment benefit.(https://www.daowen.com)

2　The average advanced indices shall be adopted with appropriate leeway left.

3　The construction schedule of an individual project and the construction schedules at each construction stage shall be compiled to identify the critical paths and items，construction intensity and image progress of project at each stage.

4　The construction schedule and the annual supply schedule of labor，major construction equipment and main materials shall be finalized.
