11.3　Inventory of Physical Property

11.3.1　The scope of investigation into material objects shall include the regions affected by reservoir inundation and the regions of project construction based on different design stages and the design schemes of project.The investigation statistics may be divided into three parts，i.e.rural areas，cities and towns，and special items（including industrial enterprises）.

In the investigation of material objects，the residents，houses and facilities that are above the inundation level shall also be investigated.(https://www.daowen.com)

11.3.2　The investigation method，accuracy and summary of results，investigation procedure and result identification for each material object shall comply with the provisions in the current relevant national policies and standards.
