11.9 Compensation for Land Requisition and Resettl...
11.9.1 The calculation of compensation shall follow the following principles:
1 The standards of compensation for land requisition and allowance for resettlement shall be in compliance with the current relevant provisions and stipulations promulgated by the national，provincial，autonomous regions′or municipal governments.
2 For cities，towns and the treatment of special items，the required compensation shall be calculated under the principle of complying with the original scale，original standards and resuming original functions.(https://www.daowen.com)
3 The unit prices，standards and quotas of compensation shall be formulated according to the current national policies and domestic price levels with consideration of the practical local situation.The various kinds of rates may be taken as per the relevant industrial specifications.
4 The price level for compensation shall be the same as that for the project.
11.9.2 The cost estimate of compensation shall be comprised of cost of compensation for land requisition and resident resettlement，extra expense and reserves.The specific calculation method to be used may be referenced in the relevant industrial specifications.
