14.3　Operation of Project

14.3.1　The operation scheme of project dispatching management shall be formulated according to the characteristics of the hydropower station and its function in the power grid.

14.3.2　The relevant technical specifications for operation，maintenance and overhaul，and the requirements for safety management and institutional improvement of power plant shall be proposed respectively according to the design conditions of various structures and facilities of the project.(https://www.daowen.com)

14.3.3　The technical specifications for observation method，data processing and analysis shall be developed according to the observation items of the project and characteristics of the observation facilities.
