Cost Estimation of Project
17.0.1 The cost estimates of hydropower station shall be compiled according to the current national economic policies，design document and construction conditions of the region where the project is located.
17.0.2 In compilation of the cost estimate，the design content shall be completely considered，and the quality of cost estimates shall be guaranteed by rational application of quotas，standards，rates and prices.
17.0.3 The cost estimates of domestic funds or the cost estimates of domestic and foreign funds shall be compiled according to the sources and requirements of the project funds.(https://www.daowen.com)
17.0.4 The cost estimates shall be compiled according to the provisions of the current relevant standards of the nation and the price level in the compilation year.
17.0.5 The compilation of cost estimates shall be based on the project affiliation.Central government projects shall be implemented according to the regulations of ministries and commissions；local government projects shall be implemented according to the regulations of provinces，autonomous regions，municipalities or cities with independent budgetary status.
