Section ⅢContemporary Pu’er Tea (after 1949)
After the founding of the People’s Republic of China, in order to develop the rural economy of Yunnan and meet the demand for tea at home and abroad, the Party and the government made full use of the natural superior conditions of tea planting in Yunnan, selected excellent tea varieties and suitable land resources, and adopted a series of measures according to local conditions, which made the tea development of Yunnan develop rapidly.
自中华人民共和国成立后,国家飞速发展,经济稳步提升,云南普洱茶得以迅速发展,在产量和销量上都有更大的提升。20世纪50、60年代,云南省人民政府致力于抓紧茶叶生产发展,垦复老茶园,大力发展新茶园,并重点发展云南大叶种红茶,以满足国际市场的需要。自中华人民共和国成立初期一直到1973年以前,云南都致力于发展红茶、滇青和部分侨销圆茶,普洱茶很少提及。这时的普洱茶,通常称之为晒青毛茶、滇青成品茶和各种边销紧压茶。随着社会的发展和科技的进步,通过实践和创新,积累了丰富的经验,普洱茶发展进一步提速,加工生产工艺不断提升,出现了渥堆发酵技术加工的普洱茶(熟茶)。喜爱普洱茶的人随之增多,其对普洱茶的产品要求也越来越高,普洱茶的产品发展也越来越丰富。
