N：The doctor will perform RFA treatment for you today.

护士：请问您之前进行过RFA治疗吗？
N：Have you ever had any RFA treatment before？

P：No.
护士：那我现在给您大致讲解一下，好吗？
N：May I give you a brief introduction about it？
患者：好的。
P：Yes，please.
护士：RFA通过使组织加热，达到杀灭癌细胞的温度，以治疗恶性肿瘤。
N：RFA is a treatment method that introduces the heat into the tumor to kill the tumor cells.
患者：那要达到多少度？
P：How high will the temperature go？
护士：肝脏肿瘤射频的靶温度设置一般为80～105℃，人体最适合的温度为37℃左右，当处于41～43℃时，正常组织能耐受此温度不受损伤，达60℃时细胞会很快死亡。
N：In the targeted tumor area，the temperature of the RFA is usually set at 80℃to 105℃.The most suitable temperature for normal tissues is about 37℃.Normal tissues can withstand the heat ranging from 41℃to 43℃.If the temperature reaches 60℃，the cells will die soon.
患者：那对正常的组织有损伤吗？
P：Is there any damage to normal tissues？(https://www.daowen.com)
护士：为了确保肿瘤完全消融，消融范围要超过肿瘤边缘5 mm以上，一般来说不会造成周围器官的损伤。
N：In order to get complete necrosis of tumor，the ablation area is required to cover at least 5 mm more than the outer edge of the tumor.In general，it will not hurt the surrounding organs.
患者：治疗过程中痛吗？
P：Is there any pain during the treatment？
护士：治疗过程中会给您使用止痛药的，不会有太疼痛的感受。
N：You may experience some pain or discomfort，but the doctor will give you some painkiller to help you.
患者：好的，谢谢。
P：OK.Thank you.
护士：治疗过程中可能会感觉比较热。
N：You may feel hot during the treatment.
患者：会很热吗？
P：Will it be very hot？
护士：会比您的体温要高，您会出汗。
N：It will be higher than your body temperature.You may sweat.
患者：好的。
P：OK.
护士：治疗要在B超或CT下进行，您需要提前4小时禁食。
N：We use ultrasound or CT to guide the surgery.You should fast for 4 hours before the surgery.
患者：好的。
P：OK.
护士：您的治疗在下午两点，我们会提前通知卫勤人员送您去治疗室。
N：Your surgery will start at 2 p.m.，we will inform the medical staff in advance to escort you to the therapeutic room.
