护士：微波消融术是利用专用治疗针，在超声或CT引导下，经皮肤穿刺直接进入肿瘤病灶，利用微波炉一样的热效应原理，使肿瘤组织局部在几分钟内达到60～100℃的高温，达到“烧死”肿瘤细胞的目的，而周围组织损伤较少，因为单针消融范围的直径只有3 cm左右。
N：Microwave ablation method uses a special needle to puncture through the skin into the tumor under the guidance of ultrasound or CT.The mechanism is just like the thermal effect of microwave oven.The temperature of the targeted tumor tissue area is elevated to 60～100℃within a few minutes.The very high temperature in tumor area can“burn”tumor cells to death，but the damage to surrounding normal tissues is limited as the diameter of the ablation area of single needle is about 3 cm.
