[Scenario]
患者：李护士，我今天发热了，体温又是38℃，我怎么老是发热？
P：Nurse Li，I have a fever today and my temperature is 38℃.Why do I always have a fever？
护士：刘叔叔，这是您的疾病引起的，您的肝脏受感染后，因未及时处理而形成脓肿。有细菌性和阿米巴性两种，您是细菌引起的。临床上一般都会出现寒战、高热、肝区疼痛、肝肿大。
N：Mr.Liu，your fever is caused by infection in your liver.The liver formed an abscess as the infection hadn't been treated promptly.Bacteria and ameba are common microorganisms that cause liver abscess.You are most likely to have a bacterial liver abscess.The common symptoms of liver abscess include chill，fever，liver pain and liver enlargement.
患者：那我的病能治好吗？这样下去，会不会有生命危险？
P：Is it serious？Will I recover？
护士：处理及时是会治疗好的。
N：The liver abscess can be cured if it is treated appropriately.
患者：现在有什么好办法呢？
P：How to treat？
护士：在超声引导下肝脓肿穿刺引流这个治疗方法在临床上已经非常成熟了，已发展成为治疗肝脓肿的首选。
N：The liver abscess is commonly treated by ultrasound guided drainage.It is a mature procedure in clinic and has been the first choice of treatment.
患者：这个是手术治疗吗？
P：Is this a surgery？(https://www.daowen.com)
护士：不是，这是一个微创治疗，它经皮肝穿刺置管引流，用于脓肿直径5～10 cm者，用PTCD引流管置入脓腔，引流管接负压，必要时每天抽吸并冲洗。它的创伤性小、定位准确、危险性系数低，在B超引导下可以避开血管、胆管及重要脏器，达到安全治疗的目的。
N：Not really.Thisis a minimally invasive procedure.We call it percutaneous transhepatic catheter drainage or PTCD.This procedure is usually used for the abscess of 5 to 10 cm in size.In this procedure a drainage tube is inserted into the abscess cavity.The drainage tube is connected to negative pressure to suck and wash out the abscess content.We can repeat this procedure every day if necessary.This procedure has a minimally invasive incision；it accurately targets the lesion without touching blood vessels，the bile duct and important organs by using ultrasound.All in all，this treatment method is very safe.
患者：效果如何？
P：How effective is this treatment？
护士：疗效可靠，并发症发生率低。
N：In general，this is an effective and safe treatment method with very few complications.
患者：我要一直带着引流管吗？
P：Do I have to carry the drainage tube all the time？
护士：不用，等脓腔变小，感染控制住了，医生会根据您的恢复情况进行拔管。
N：No.Once the abscess is controlled，meaning the size becomes smaller，the doctor will pull out the drainage tube according to your condition.
患者：那我还要注意什么？
P：What else should I pay attention to？
护士：您需要加强营养，多吃多种维生素，以改善肝功能。
N：You need to improve your liver function by eating nutritious foods and vitamins.
