患者：是的，听说这次要留根管子，要做什么用啊？
P：Yes，I heard that a tube is going to be left in my body this time.What's it for？
护士：对的，会留一根管子，回来会继续泵药的。因为单纯的栓塞对您的基本效果并不明显，需要加大剂量。术后留置动脉导管泵注化疗药，可使单次注射时间延长，增加肿瘤局部药物浓度并延长作用时间，从而达到更好的治疗效果。
N：Yes.A tube will be left in your body after the surgery in order to pump chemotherapeutic drugs continuously.We need to increase the drug dosage because the simple embolization treatment was not effective for you.Pumping chemotherapeutic drugs through the indwelling arterial catheter postoperatively can achieve a better treatment outcome by prolonging single injection time，increasing local drug concentration and extending the time of drug efficacy.
患者：那有什么要注意的吗？
P：What shall I pay attention to？
护士：因为需要输注化疗药物，化疗药物一般都会引起胃肠反应，如恶心、呕吐，如果反应比较大，我们会根据情况给您用一些止吐药。
N：Because chemotherapeutic drugs will be infused，generally they will cause gastrointestinal reactions，such as nausea and vomiting.If the reaction is serious，we will give you some antiemetics depending on the situation.

P：Is this tube mainly used for chemotherapy？
护士：是的。
N：Yes.
患者：那我需要注意什么吗？身上留着一根管子让我很害怕。
P：Anything else I need to pay attention to？I am scared to keep a tube in my body.
护士：阿姨，您不要太害怕。这根管子并不是很粗，而且为了您的治疗，这个是非常必要的。用药期间您要注意导管有无扭曲、受压、堵管和外渗，穿刺口不要接触水，要保持干燥清洁，以防止感染，我们也会每天按时查看。另外，您有任何不舒服都可以随时告诉护士，护士24小时值班。
N：Don't worry too much.This tube is thin，and it is necessary for your treatment.During the medication，you should inspect the catheter for kink，compression，blockage and extravasation，keep the wound dry and clean to prevent possible infection.Also，we will check it regularly every day.In addition，if you have any discomfort，just tell us，we are on 24-hour duty.
患者：那我这个管子什么时候能拔掉呢？
P：When will this tube be pulled out？
护士：这个药用完之后医生就会过来拔管的，拔管后要用沙袋压迫2小时以预防出血。拔管后要注意观察局部有无出血和血肿，如果有出血，我们会给您重新加压包扎，血肿24小时后可进行热敷，以促进吸收。
N：The doctor will pull the catheter out once your drug infusion is completed.You should press the wound for 2 hours with a sandbag to prevent bleeding after extubation.Then we will examine if local bleeding or hematoma occurs.If bleeding happens，we will wrap the wound up again with pressure.In case of hematoma，warm compress can be used after 24 hours to promote absorption.
