N：How are you doing？Please let me take a look at your wound.The wound is in good condition with no bleeding.Rest properly and avoid strenuous activities.We will check on you periodically.Please bell usif you need help.
患者：但是我现在感觉伤口有点酸痛。
P：But I feel a little pain in the wound.
护士：阿姨，手术过后由于输液港植入初期的局部刺激，您可能感觉伤口酸痛不适，一般1～2天可自行缓解。您可以听听音乐，看看报纸或者手机视频，多跟家人聊聊天，这样有利于转移注意力，减轻疼痛感。如果您实在忍受不了疼痛，那就及时按铃，我们会将您的情况告诉医生，医生会给您使用止疼药的。
N：You may feel some pain and discomfort in the wound area because of the irritation of the implanted infusion port.It may last for several days，but it will go away eventually.You can divert your attention by listening to the music，reading newspapers or watching videos on your cell phone or chat with your family members.If those do not help and you still feel the pain，please tell us in time and the doctor will give you some painkillers.(https://www.daowen.com)
患者：那这个术后要注意什么呢？
P：What should I pay attention to after the surgery？
护士：您最近需要保证舒适、良好的睡眠。这个过程中您只能擦浴，待局部拆线伤口愈合后才可以淋浴。在切口完全愈合前，穿刺侧上肢尽量内收，减少剧烈活动，避免植入处上肢做剧烈外展动作及打篮球、引体向上、托举哑铃等持重锻炼，避免负重，并保持切口及其周围干燥，以降低切口裂开及感染的风险。这个输液港一般10～14天拆线，对生活影响不大。您出院回家后，每个月要到正规医院进行一次冲管和维护，每次都要抽出回血，保证导管是通的。伤口愈合后就能恢复正常生活。如果出现红、肿、热、痛，及时去医院就诊。
N：Presently，you need to ensure good sleeps.During this period，you can only have sponge baths，and shower is not allowed until local wound is healed.Before the incision is completely healed，try to keep the involved upper arm close to your body as much as possible.Do not take strenuous exercises or stretch the upper limb.You should avoid activities such as playing basketball，doing pull-ups，lifting dumbbells or weight-bearing exercises.You should keep the incision wound areadry to reduce the risk of wound dehiscence or infection.It will be 10 to 14 days before we take out the stitches.The infusion port usually do not cause troubles in your daily life.After you are discharged，you need to come back to the hospital once a month for the port maintenance such as tube flush and withdraw some blood from the tube to ensure that the catheter is not obstructed.Your daily life can go back to normal once the wound is healed.Please come back to see your doctor immediately if you have a fever or pain，or see redness or swelling in wound area.
