P：Can it be treated with some hepatoprotective drugs intravenously？Why must I take this drainage operation？
护士：根据您现在的病情，这是对您最有效的治疗方案，输液已经不能解决您的重症黄疸，需减压引流。其实引流只是一种方式，不要紧张，就是在体内留置外引流管，把您体内过多的胆汁引流，以免引发炎症反应及系统性不良反应，甚至危及您的生命。
N：At this moment，the decompression drainage is the most effective treatment for your current condition，because infusion treatment is no longer useful to your severe jaundice.Don't worry.The decompression drainage treatment is actually just a method to reduce your jaundice.A drainage tube will be retained inside your body to drain out the bile continuously out of your body.That will prevent inflammation and systemic adverse reactions which may endanger your life.
