患者：太好了，谢谢。那我要做些什么准备？

护士：介入手术是微创手术，请您不要担心！术前4小时禁食、禁水。您可以先去洗个澡，更换清洁衣裤。
N：Interventional operation is a minimally invasive surgery.Please don't worry！Don't eat or drink 4 hours before the operation.You can take a shower first and put on some clean clothes.
患者：好的！
P：OK！
护士：我们一般经股动脉穿刺插管，选择或超选择造影，明确肝血管瘤的大小、部位、数目。然后将导管头端超选至血管瘤的供血动脉进行缓慢栓塞。栓塞完毕行肝动脉造影以评定栓塞效果。最后拔出导管用加压器进行加压止血就可以了！
N：This operation is usually done by puncture and catheterization from the femoral artery.The size，location and number of lesions of the hepatic hemangioma will be confirmed by selective or superselective angiography.The tip of the catheter will be sent to the feeding artery of the hemangioma，which is then embolized slowly.Hepatic arteriography will be performed after the embolization to evaluate the effect of the treatment.Finally，pull out the catheter and apply pressure to the puncture site with a tourniquet to prevent bleeding！

P：Thank you.What should I pay attention to after the operation？
护士：术后2小时内禁食、水，8小时保持术肢制动，12小时才能下床活动。术后可能会有腹痛、恶心、呕吐、发热等情况！请不要担心，这都是术后正常反应，您只需要告知我们，我们会给您对症处理的！
N：Don't eat or drink within 2 hours after the surgery，and keep the operated limb immobilized within 8 hours.You can get out of the bed 12 hours after the surgery.Abdominal pain，nausea，vomiting，fever may occur，but don't worry.These symptoms are normal postoperative reactions.You just need to tell us and we'll give you appropriate treatments！

护士：术后多食高热量、高蛋白质、高维生素、低脂肪食物，多食水果、蔬菜。保持大便通畅，避免用力排便，以免增加腹腔压力，引起瘤体破裂出血。希望对您有所帮助。
N：After the surgery，you need diets with high calorie，high protein，high vitamin and low fat，and eat more fruits and vegetables.Keep your bowels move，and don't defecate forcefully to avoid a sudden increase in abdominal pressure as it may cause rupture and bleeding of the lesion.I hope this is helpful to you.
