N：Hello！Mr.Li！I am the nurse in charge of you，and my name is Sun Qian.How do you feel now？
患者：小孙，你好！我现在好像有点发热。
P：Hello，Xiao Sun！It seems I have a fever.
护士：好的，那我去拿体温表给您测量一下体温。
N：OK，I'll get the thermometer to take your temperature.
患者：好的。
P：All right.
护士：李先生，请把这个体温表夹到腋下5分钟，我等一会过来看。
N：Mr.Li，please put the thermometer under your armpit for 5 minutes.I'll check you up a moment later.
患者：嗯，知道了。
P：Oh，I will.
护士：您现在的体温是37.5℃，稍微有点低烧。
N：Your temperature is 37.5℃.You have a mild fever.
患者：很严重吗？

护士：由于术后大量肿瘤组织坏死及正常细胞受损，患者均可出现体温升高，一般在38.5℃左右，无需特殊处理，3～5天自然缓解。
N：The rise of body temperature is caused by tumor necrosis and the damage of normal liver cells after the treatment.The temperature is usually around 38.5℃.No special treatment is needed as it can be naturally relieved within 3 to 5 days.
患者：可是我感觉比之前更热了。
P：But I feel even hotter than before now.
护士：您不要担心，如果高热不退，我们会给予冰敷、酒精擦浴等方式给您降温，或者服用一些药物，您很快就会好起来的。
N：Don't worry.We will give you some ice compression or alcohol bath to reduce your body temperature if the high fever persists.We will also give you some medicines if necessary.You will get better soon.
患者：那我现在需要做点什么吗？
P：What should I do then？
护士：您现在要多饮水，除了有点低热，还有其他的不适吗？
N：Please drink more water.Do you feel any other discomfort except the fever？
患者：好的，没有了。
P：No.
护士：那30分钟以后再复测一下体温，如果有什么不舒服请及时按铃，呼叫铃在床旁边，我也会经常来看您的。
N：Please recheck the temperature 30 minutes later.If you feel uncomfortable，please ring the bell in time.The bell is at the bedside.Also，I will come to see you regularly.
患者：好的，谢谢你。
