护士：根据医嘱，您明天就可以回家了。在出院前我还需给您交代一些注意事项。
N：According to the doctor's advice，you can go home tomorrow.I need to give you some discharge instructions before you leave.
患者：好的。
P：OK.
护士：您会结账吗？
N：Do you know how to check out？
患者：知道一点，不是特别清楚。
P：Only a little，I don't know the whole procedure.
护士：明天请记得带着出院证、出院小结、押金单和磁卡去5号楼1楼出院处结账。
N：All right，remember to bring your discharge certificate，discharge summary，deposit receipt and magnetic card to the discharge office on the 1st floor of Building 5.
患者：这些单子在哪里？
P：Where can I get those documents？
护士：出院证和出院小结，医生会晚些给您，出院带药请结账后在护士站领取。
N：The doctor will give you the discharge certificate and discharge summary later，and you can get the medicine from the nurse station after checking out.
患者：那我想复印病历呢？
P：What if I want to copy the medical records？
护士：您结完账，直接带着身份证去3号楼4楼病案室复印。
