N：Hello，Mr.Wang Dazhi，may I see your wrist band？
患者：好的，在我的右手上。
P：OK，it's on my right hand.
护士：我是来给您通知明天的检查的。您明天中午12点要做一个肝脏的磁共振增强检查，现在我给您讲一下关于检查的注意事项。
N：I am here to inform you of the examination tomorrow.You will take an enhanced liver MRI examination at 12 o'clock tomorrow.Now I will give you some instructions about the examination.
患者：好的，护士。
P：OK.
护士：您有没有装过心脏起搏器等带有金属的植入物？
N：Do you have any metal implants？Like a pacemaker？
患者：没有，会有影响吗？
P：No，will it affect the examination？
护士：检查是不能携带含有金属的物件的，因为它们会与磁场发生反应。
N：Wearing metal objects are not allowed during the examination，as they will affect the magnetic field.
患者：哦，我有一颗金牙，还好能摘下来。
P：Oh，I have a gold tooth，but fortunately it can be taken off.(https://www.daowen.com)
护士：那就好。因为您做的是增强，需要打造影剂，检查之前要禁食4个小时。极少数人会对造影剂过敏，出现呕吐等不适症状，这样在检查过程中非常容易引起窒息。
N：Good.You are going to do an enhanced MRI，therefore we will give you contrast medium.You can't eat anything 4 hours before the examination.Few people will have contrast agent allergies.In that case，vomiting and other symptoms may occur.Vomiting during the procedure may easily cause suffocation.
患者：好的，我晚上还能吃饭吗？
P：OK，can I eat at night？
护士：可以的，明天8点前都可以吃东西。
N：Yes，you can eat some foods by 8 o'clock tomorrow morning.
患者：好的。
P：OK.
护士：您不用太紧张，放松就好了。
N：You don't have to be too nervous.Take it easy.
患者：谢谢。
P：Thank you.
护士：不客气。如果有什么问题可以找我，我会给您解答的。
N：All right.Ring me for more questions you may have and I will be happy to answer.
