五、治疗
（一）一般治疗
因发病机制不清，缺乏特异性根治方法，故以对症治疗为主。选用抗生素控制病原体感染，非甾体抗炎药和免疫抑制剂联用缓解关节炎症状。
（二）口腔颌面部异常相关的治疗建议
口腔、眼、生殖器及皮肤损害可用局部抗感染药物防止继发感染。
