五、治疗
（一）一般治疗
临床上该综合征的患者常常因错
畸形而就诊，所以在临床中接诊到恒牙迟萌或者多生牙数目较多时，应考虑该病的可能性。目前临床治疗中主要以解决面部的美观和咬合功能为目标，可采取序列治疗。整个治疗过程需要口腔正畸科、颌面外科以及修复科等多专业学科间的合作才能取得良好的治疗效果。
（二）口腔颌面部异常相关的治疗建议
1.根据患者恒牙牙根形成情况逐步拔除滞留乳牙及多生牙。
2.通过外科手术及正畸牵引治疗阻生恒牙。
3.通过正畸治疗改善颌骨间不调，同时牵引恒牙到正常位置，排齐牙列。
4.通过种植修复或固定修复治疗缺失牙。
