五、治疗
（一）一般治疗
1.本病的治疗以对症治疗为主，及时解除呼吸窘迫，但大多数病例因发育缺陷而导致早期死亡，即使进行及时有效的治疗，患儿生存可能也较小，早期死亡率达50%。
2.存活患者，根据具体临床症状，需多学科联合治疗，手术恢复组织器官正常结构和功能。
（二）口腔颌面部异常相关的治疗建议
1.首先解除呼吸窘迫症状，改善通气状况，以防发生窒息。
2.及时行唇腭裂的手术修复，恢复口腔正常组织结构及功能。
3.严重小颌畸形患者，可成年后行正畸正颌联合治疗。
