五、治疗

该病目前尚无特效治疗方法，早期明确诊断后，可对症处理以减轻临床症状。原发性类脂质蛋白沉积症病程呈进行性发展，至成年后自然静止。儿童期如若有喉部受累严重致呼吸困难者需行气管切开。继发性光感型者应避免日晒，避光处理后临床症状即可逐渐改善，目前有文献报道，应用阿维A酸类药物可减轻皮肤损害。为了进一步改善喉部及皮肤症状，也可二氧化碳激光、显微喉镜术、声带切开、眼睑整容术、皮肤磨削术等手术疗法。
