五、治疗
（一）一般治疗
临床医生需通过详细询问病史及体格检查发现疾病临床特点，运用恰当的细胞遗传学检测技术，对WHS的发病机制及遗传特点进行深入研究，为临床治疗及预后提供依据。
（二）口腔颌面部异常相关的治疗建议
1.对于该疾病中的唇腭裂患者，应在恰当的年龄段选择成熟的时机进行唇腭裂手术，以免错过最佳的手术时机影响颌面部的生长发育。
2.牙发育迟缓患者应注意补充营养，必要时正畸牵引治疗或开窗助萌。
