五、治疗

（一）一般治疗

虽然没有治愈JBS的方法，但对这种疾病的特定症状和特征的治疗和管理是有效的，而且往往可以取得成功。JBS严重程度的变异性决定了所选择的任何治疗的需求和有效性。

（二）口腔颌面部异常相关的治疗建议

对恒牙缺如的JBS患者可考虑义齿修复治疗。

颅面部和骨骼畸形可能需要手术矫正，使用包括骨移植和截骨术在内的技术。使用助听器和专门为听力受损人士提供的教育服务可以控制bbl感音神经性听力损失。
