Good morning everyone, I am the night-shift nurse.During the past 24 hours, 2 patients checked out, 2 patients checked in and 8 patients received interventional therapies.Right now there are 28 patients in the ward, with 12 under primary care.
Check-out patients:
Wang Ming, bed #3, diagnosed with chronic pancreatitis.
Chen Yang, bed #18, diagnosed with Crohn's disease.
They checked out yesterday.
Check-in patients:
Wang Gang, bed #3, diagnosed with chronic pancreatitis.He comes on foot and can take care of himself independently, over 10-year history of hypertension, blood pressure well controlled by regular medicine, no discomfort during the night.
Liu Xin, bed #18, diagnosed with acute pancreatitis.He comes with the help of others, with limited independence in life and history ofpenicillin allergy.
Patients receiving operations:
Wang Qi, bed #5, diagnosed with chronic pancreatitis;received extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) yesterday;no bloating or abdominal pain after the procedure; good sleep last night.
Li Guang, bed #12, diagnosed with chronic pancreatitis;received ESWL yesterday; nausea after the procedure; further observation is suggested by the doctor.
Patients with changed conditions:
Chen-xi Wang, bed #2, diagnosed with pancreatic cancer; body temperature 38.2℃ 6 pm yesterday; using ice packs for physical cooling as directed by the doctor; body temperature 36.9℃ thirty minutes after the cooling; 36.2℃ 6 am today.
Patients to undergo ESWL today:
Liu Juxiang, bed #6, and Zhang Yu, bed #9.

出院患者：3床患者王明，诊断为慢性胰腺炎；18床患者陈洋，诊断为克罗恩病，这2位患者均于昨日出院。
入院患者：3床患者王刚，诊断为慢性胰腺炎，患者步行入病房，生活无需依赖，既往有高血压病史10余年，规律服药，血压平稳，晚夜间无不适，睡眠好。
18床患者刘鑫，诊断为急性胰腺炎，患者被搀扶入病房，生活轻度依赖，青霉素过敏。
介入治疗的患者：5床患者王旗，诊断为慢性胰腺炎，昨日行体外冲击波碎石术，术后无腹胀、腹痛，夜间睡眠好。
12床患者李光，诊断为慢性胰腺炎，昨日行体外冲击波碎石术，术后感觉恶心，医生建议加强观察。
一般病情交班：2床患者王晨曦，诊断为胰腺癌，昨日18 ： 00体温38.2℃，遵医嘱给予冰袋物理降温，30分钟后复测体温36.9℃，今晨6 ： 00体温36.2℃。
今日手术名单：6床患者刘菊香和9床患者张宇均行体外冲击波碎石术。
其余患者无特殊，交班完毕。
