［Abstract］The right of rehabilitation is a right that should be legally enjoyed by the person with disabilities and it is also one important right for the children with disabilities.The childhood is one important period for the development of human's psychology and physiology，working as the golden period for the process of rehabilitation for the disabled children.If the early stage prevention and scientific rehabilitation can be taken during this period，most disabled children can improved their conditions.Once the period was passing by，the effects will influence the whole life of the children and further more，it can influence the stability of the society.The author analyzed the status of the rehabilitation rights for the children with disabilities in china and proposed the suggestion and resolutions accordingly.
