Legislation Protection for the Right of Children from Abroad and the Inspiration for China

［Abstract］Through the ages，protection for child's rights is involved in civilization of many states in the world.After the Second World War，following a series of international documents passing and becoming effective， such as the Declaration of Children's Rights and the Convention on the Rights of the Child of the United Nations，many governments stepped out their legislation on children protection.Combining with China's situation，referring to the advanced legislation of Australia and UK，the author is going to put forward to some legislative suggestions of child protection in China.(https://www.daowen.com)
