新工科建设视角下的大学新使命——以同济大学的实践和探索为例

摘要 新工科是结合国家创新驱动发展战略新需求、国际竞争新形势和立德树人新要求对我国工程教育提出的改革新方向。本文从国际视角对新工科建设和大学新使命的国际视角进行了分析探讨，提出了当代大学使命面临的新挑战和新工科的新要求，结合同济大学的工科建设与创新实践与以工科起步发展成为综合性大学的教育定位，在深化教育综合改革过程中持续出台政策、搭建平台，不断完善创新创业人才培养模式，扎实推进创新创业教育改革，对探索新工科建设背景下工程教育双创人才培养的新模式和新体系提出了自己的对策和建议，以期对高校的新工科建设给予启示。

Abstract The new engineering is to reform the new direction with the national innovation driven by development strategy，the new demands of international competition in the new situation and new requirements of morality education engineering education in china.The relationship between the new construction and engineering university mission was analyzed and discussed，It put forward the contemporary university to face new challenges and new requirements of the new technology，to combine with the engineering practice of the Tongji University and the construction of innovation in engineering education development has become the starting location of comprehensive university，in the process of deepening the comprehensive reform of education policy continue to build a platform.Constantly it improve the training mode of innovative talents and promote the reform and innovation of entrepreneurship education and explore the background of the new engineering construction engineering education management personnel training new model and new system puts forward countermeasures and suggestions，in order to give inspiration to the new engineering construction.

习近平总书记在“十九大”报告中指出，要加快建设创新型国家，创新是引领发展的第一动力，是建设现代化经济体系的战略支撑。倡导创新文化，强化知识产权创造、保护、运用。培养造就一大批具有国际水平的战略科技人才、科技领军人才、青年科技人才和高水平创新团队。当前，世界范围内新一轮科技革命和产业变革加速进行，综合国力竞争愈加激烈。国家实施创新驱动发展，“中国制造2025”“互联网+”“一带一路”等重大战略，以新技术、新业态、新产业为特点的新经济蓬勃发展，这就要求高校加快新工科建设、培养具备创新创业能力和跨界整合能力的工程科技人才，助力经济转型升级。新工科是“卓越工程师教育培养计划”的升级版，要面向产业界、面向世界、面向未来，深化工程教育改革、加快建设新工科，促进我国工程教育加速进入世界第一方阵。德、美等发达国家为抢占先机，已经部署了工程教育改革以支撑其新工业体系，我国《中国制造2025》也对所需的人才提出了要求。在深化高校工程教育改革的过程中，我国还有许多问题亟待解决，我们急需深化并大力推进我国工程教育的改革以应对第四次工业革命的挑战。
