VAC(VCR+ADM+CTX)/IE(IFO+VP-16)(1类)

VAI(VCR+ADM+IFO)(2A类)

VIDE(VCR+IFO+ADM+VP-16)(1

AP(ADM+DDP)(1类)

MAP(HD-MTX+ADM+DDP)(1类)

MIAP(HD-MTX+IFO+ADM+DDP)(2A类)

IEP(IFO+EPI+DDP)(2A

i PS 0~1分。

VAC(VCR+ADM+CTX)/IE(IFO+VP-16)(1类)

VAI(VCR+ADM+IFO)(2A类)

VIDE(VCR+IFO+ADM+VP-16)(1

AP(ADM+DDP)(1类)

MAP(HD-MTX+ADM+DDP)(1类)

MIAP(HD-MTX+IFO+ADM+DDP)(2A类)

IEP(IFO+EPI+DDP)(2A

3)GEM+TXT、GEM+DTIC、GEM+VNR

(The European Agency for the Evaluation of Medicinal Products,EMEA)批准曲贝替定单药3周方案(1.5 mg/m2 civ 24 h,Q3w)用于治疗蒽环类药物和IFO治疗失败或不适合这些药物治疗的晚期软组织肉瘤患者,主要用于治疗晚期平滑肌肉瘤和脂肪肉瘤,尤其是黏液/圆细胞型脂肪肉瘤[33- 35]。

(https://www.daowen.com)
