1.Working Conditions
(1)The wind speed does not exceed 10.8 m/s.
(2)The ambient temperature is-25 to 40°C.
(3)The relative humidity does not exceed 90%.
(4)Requirements for areas above 1,000m sea level:The selected chassis power shall be adapted to the plateau driving and operation.For every 100m increase in altitude,the insulation level of the insulator shall be increased by 1%.
(5)The ground is firm and flat,and the legs do not sink during the operation.
(6)The turntable plane is level.
(7)The electrical insulation performance of the insulating work bucket must meet the corresponding requirements.
(8)The surface of the insulating work bucket is smooth,without pits or pitted surface,and with strong water repellency.
(9)The height of the insulating work bucket should be between 0.9 and 1.2m.
(10)The rated load capacity of the work bucket shall be clearly indicated on the insulating work bucket.(https://www.daowen.com)
2.Insulating Arm Requirements
(1)The electrical performance test of the insulating arm must meet the corresponding requirements.
(2)The surface of the insulating arm is smooth,without pits or pitted surface,and with strong water repellency.
(3)The minimum insulation length of the insulating arm of aerial devices with insulating booms of each voltage class should not be less than the corresponding requirements.
3.Vehicle Requirements
(1)For the aerial devices with insulating booms with only the insulating arm insulated between the grounding part and the work bucket,the electrical insulation performance of the whole vehicle shall meet the corresponding requirements.
(2)For the aerial devices with insulating booms with up and down operation function and automatic balance function,the electrical insulation performance of the whole vehicle also needs to meet the requirements of partial routine test leakage current of less than 200μA.
4.Insulating Hydraulic Oil Requirements
The hydraulic oil used to withstand the corresponding voltage of the live working line shall be tested for the breakdown strength.
5.Insulating Property Requirements
The rated voltage of the aerial devices with insulating booms shall be clearly indicated on the instructions and nameplate.Each vehicle shall be subjected to routine insulation performance tests before leaving the factory.
