1.4 小结
综上所述，腹腔镜下横结肠癌根治术的完成需医师对结肠复杂的解剖结构有一定的认识，及具备相对较为熟练的腹腔镜手术技巧。对于腹腔镜横结肠癌手术在进展期横结肠癌的临床效果和肿瘤学效果则需要更进一步研究。
