Conclusions

The preparation and application of a cordycepin molecularly imprinted polymer as a recognition element was described.High selectivity and sensitivity were obtained，and a possible mechanism was discussed.Cordycepin was selectively adsorbed by the molecularly imprinted polymer，improving the solid phase extraction of the analyte.The molecularly imprinted polymer was employed to determine cordycepin in Cordycepsmilitaris.This method was selective for cordycepin in complex samples with satisfactory results.(https://www.daowen.com)
