Station 8:Right Side of Main Gear Box
(1)Servo Overload Microswitch:It detects the maximum bearable load of the servo.Indicator“LIMIT”lights up when the load exceeds the limit.Press the button to test the circuit.

(2)Preset Motor:It improves the response time of the engines to the change in collective pitch and adjusts the velocity in advance.

(3)Main Servo Seizure Microswitch(3D):It detects if the control and distribution valve of the main servo is seized.If so,it lights up indicator“SERVO”on 7α panel and indicator“ALARM”flashes.There is a test button on 6α panel to test if the system could work normally without hydraulic oil supply.

(4)Oil Temperature Switch of Right Engine(40E):Its contactor is connected when the oil temperature reaches 125℃ and indicator“OIL.TEMP”lights up.

(5)Fuel Pressure Switch(14Q):It senses the fuel pressure at the outlet of the low-pressure pump.Indicators“FUEL”on 7α panel and“FUEL.P”on 3Q panel light up when the fuel pressure is lower than 0.2bar,

(6)Fuel Filter Blockage Sensor:Indicators“FILT”on 3Q panel and“FUEL”on 7α panel light up when the pressure difference is over 140±20mbar.

(7)Fuel Pressure Sensor:Its resistance changes with fuel pressure and generates corresponding voltage signals.The signals will be processed by the EPU and further displayed on the EPD(202E).Its range of measurement is 0-0.2MPa.

(8)Oil Temperature Sensor of Right Engine(22E):Connected to the EPU,it works based on the change of resistance coefficient of nickel wire with the temperature.

(9)(10)Oil Pressure Switch of MGB Main/Auxiliary Pump YKJ-4004-0.8(65E,66E):The oil pressure switch of MGB main pump is connected to indicator“MAIN.PUMP”while the oil pressure switch of MGB auxiliary pump is connected to indicator“AUX.PMP”.They light up when the oil pressure is below 0.6bar.

(11)MGB Oil Temperature Sensor(13E):It measures the oil temperature where it is mounted according to the change of resistance coefficient of nickel wire with the temperature.It is connected to the EPU.

(12)Nr Sensor(15E):It provides frequency signals of AC voltage in direct proportion to the rotation rate of phonic wheels.The signals will be transmitted to the EPD.

(13)MGB Oil Temperature Switch(14E):The contactor of the switch will be connected when the oil temperature is up to 132.5℃±2.5℃.In the meanwhile,indicator“OIL.TEMP”on 7α panel lights up.

(14)Angular Displacement Sensor:It senses the position signals of the right front servo.It is exclusively used by the flight data system.

(15)Right Hydraulic Pressure Sensor CY-YZ-0101-10(4D):It transmits signals that indicate the pressure of the main hydraulic system(0-10MPa).

(16)Right Hydraulic Pressure Switch CY-YCG-4(6D):It senses hydraulic pressure and activates the circuit when the pressure reaches the max/min warning values.The indicator goes out when the hydraulic pressure rises to 2.5±0.5MPa and lights up when thehydraulic pressure drops below 1+0.5MPa.
