Check on Transfer Pump and High Fuel Level Switch

1.Equipment Needed

None.

2.Preparations

·Add 150kg of fuel into right fuel tank group.

·Fully fill left tank group with fuel.

·Supply 28V DC power to the helicopter.

3.Testing Procedures

·Check if relative indicators work normally.

·Pull and push the transfer pump switch rightward.

·Check:

If rightward arrow indicator“→”lights up.

If the displayed fuel amount of left fuel tank group decreases.(https://www.daowen.com)

If the displayed fuel amount of right fuel tank group increases.

Note:Indicator“HI.LEV”lights up when right fuel tank is full with fuel.

·Pull and push the transfer pump switch leftward.

·Check:

If leftward arrow indicator“←”lights up.

If the displayed fuel amount of right fuel tank group decreases.

If the displayed fuel amount of left fuel tank group increases.

Note:Indicator“HI.LEV”lights up when left fuel tank is full with fuel.

·Stop fuel transfer.

4.Finishing Touches

·Disconnect power supply to the helicopter.
