Check on Hydraulic System
1.Equipment Needed
None.
2.System Testing Procedures
·Switch on power system:indicators“SERVO”,“HYD1”and“HYD2”light up.
·Press test button for servo and cargo fire“TEST SERVO+CARGO”and indicator“SERVO”goes out.
3.As rotors are rotating
·Indicators“SERVO”,“HYD1”and“HYD2”go out.
·Press the test button on 7α panel.Indicators“SERVO”,“HYD1”and“HYD2”light up.And the master warning light“ALARM”lights up.
·Check if the pressure of left and right hydraulic system is 6.0±0.2MPa(60±2bar).
Press the test button for servo and cargo fire“TEST SERVO+CARGO”.Indicators“SERVO”,“CARGO.F”and“O/HEAT”light up.
4.Test on By-pass Switch
·Press test button 28G on 6α panel and indicator“HYD.AUX”on 7α panel lights up.
·Press the test button and put switch 17G at“BY-PASS”position and indicator“HYD.AUX”goes out.
·Put switch 17G at“NORM”position.
