1.so swiftly it flew的正常语序是it flew so swiftly。作者用倒装语序既是为了强调，也是为了诗歌韵律的需要。flew是fly的过去分词。

2.the sight could not follow it in its flight眼力不能追寻它的飞行。

3.Flight和sight都是名词。sight指“视觉；视力”。flight的意思是“飞行；飞翔”。

4.Ibreathed a song into the air我向空中唱出了一首歌。Breathe在诗歌中的意思是“低声唱，低吟”。

5.keen and strong敏锐而犀利的（目光）。
