10.5　Access and Onsite Transportation

10.5.1　Road transportation should be selected for site access，and the existing national or local transportation facilities should be used.

10.5.2　The layout of onsite access shall be finalized based on the general construction layout，construction and maintenance cost of onsite access roads，total cost of transportation and the requirements for construction transportation，etc.(https://www.daowen.com)

10.5.3　The design standard for onsite and site access roads and their major facilities shall be selected with consideration of the characteristics of hydropower project construction and with reference to the current relevant technical specifications of the nation.
